· Once order has been sent in via the Order Form, there should be no cancellation made or you'll be barred from future purchases.
· Goods sold are non-refundable (restricted to valid reasons / circumstances - read Return Policy).
· In the event of Out Of Stock (OOS) items, we will do a full refund in the form of ShoppersINSANE credits, which you can use to offset your next purchase. No requests to refund in cash will be entertained.

· For all apparels, other than apparels under the PREORDER tab, we usually measure the apparels using the units inches ("). To convert inches to other units (such as cm), you may use this online length unit conversion.
WAITING TIME ( FOR HOME BRAND INSTOCKS ITEMS )
· Once payment has been verified by our team, we will proceed to mail the item or arrange meet up with you for the collection of the item (depending on your mode of collection).
· For normal mailing, all items will be mailed within 2 working days upon verification of payment. Video proof of mailing will be provided.
· For registered mailing, all items will be mailed within 5 working days upon verification of payment.

WAITING TIME ( FOR PRE-ORDER-ED ITEMS )
· For pre-order-ed items, it is only after payment has been verified that we will place the order for the item(s) purchased. There will definitely be a waiting time before the item can reach you. (Most of the time, it will be around 7-14 working days.) Therefore, if you cannot wait for the item to arrive / need it urgently, do refrain from purchasing pre-order-ed items. ShoppersINSANE will not be responsible for any late arrival of orders as there are bound to be times where the factory or shipping company delays shipment.
DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS
· For any types of discounts and promotions, a discount code will be provided. This code should be written under "Discount Code (if any)" box found in the Additional Information section of the Order Form.
· ONLY 1 discount code can be used in the Order Form. Therefore, if you have won yourself 2 discounts (say, Buy 3 get 1 free and 10% off the total bill) from our giveaway, you can only choose to use 1 of the 2 codes given to you. The other discount code can be used the next time you purchase from us again.
· However, if you are part of ShoppersINSANE e-members, your e-membership benefits can be used in conjunction with another 1 discount code. Note: The usage of the e-membership should be written under the Additional Notes box found in the Additional Information section of the Order Form (refer to MEMBERSHIP FAQs for more information).
· A 100% refund will be given for defected items. However, picture proof must be provided within 5 days of purchase. (If you took more than 5 days to inform us about the defect, we will not refund you as the defect may not be caused by us.)
· Items must not be washed or worn before, if not, no refund will be given. Do contact us for more information!
· Due to inevitable differences in monitor settings and the inaccuracy of a camera, photographs of items may not reflect the exact piece and colors of the items shown might differ slightly from the original piece. ShoppersINSANE will not be responsible for any slight deviation in colors or sizing between product description and actual product (due to possibility of a manufacturing error). Size measurements listed are only a guide and there may be a slight deviation with the actual measurements. 0.5" - 1" difference in measurements are not considered as a defects.
PAYMENTS & COLLECTIONS
We are accepting payment and collection only via: Payment through BANK TRANSFER & collection through POSTMAIL.
After sending in your order, kindly wait for our email regarding invoice & payment instructions (check your spam folder just in case).
The invoice will include your items purchased, the PRICE of the item(s), the additional amount of shipping fee you have to pay on top of the price of the item and any other information that you should know (and INSANEpoints accumulated, if any).
After which, you may then proceed to make your payment to shoppersINSANE's bank account: 189-87789-7 (POSB Savings) / 270-09061-3 (POSB Savings) . Payment should be made within 48 hours of receiving the invoice (unless we are told before hand that you cannot do so), or else the order will be cancelled.
After making payment, reply to our email with your payment details in the following format (so that we can check if the correct amount of money is being transferred):

After verification, we will inform you that we had received the payment. For the purchase of items from pre-order category, we'll proceed to place your order. Once your order has arrived, we will send what you have ordered to the address that you have provided. On the other hand, if you are purchasing items that are instocks, after verifying your payment, we'll send out your item on the next working day.
There are 2 kinds of postage mails that you can choose from. One of which is the normal mailing and the other is the registered mailing.
The price for normal mailing will be a flat rate of SGD$1 per item on top of the price of your items while the price for registered mail will be an additional SGD$3.30 for the first item and SGD$1 for subsequent items. Tracking number will only be given to those who opt for registered mailing. Also, for normal mail, we are not responsible for lost mails (which happens often). Therefore, ShoppersINSANE encourage all customers to opt for registered mailing, as it is safer.

1) How do I join ShoppersINSANE's e-membership?
There are 3 ways in which you can join our e-membership.
1, Spend SGD$80 and above in a single receipt to gain membership status for life.
2, Spend SGD$250 and above in combined receipts in a span of 3 months to gain membership status for life.
3, Occasionally, there will also be promotions or giveaway with prizes that may allow you to stand a chance to win our membership.
2) How do I know how much INSANEpoints I have accumulated?
Every time you make a purchase, we will total up the INSANEpoints you have accumulated and add it in your invoice.
3) How do I use my INSANEpoints?
When you are purchasing your items, simply add "I want to use my accumulated __ (number of INSANEpoints to be used) INSANEpoints from ___ (write your membership number here)" in the Additional Notes section of the Order Form. Do remember that 1 INSANEpoint is equivalent to $0.20 off.
4) Can my friend(s) / family member(s) use my membership to make purchases?
Each e-membership comes with a unique membership code that is attached to the buyer's name, phone number and e-mail address. If a membership code is used (in the order form), we will match it with the buyer's information. If both information matches with those in our system, the usage of the membership is valid.
Hence, do ensure that you use the same name (and information) to fill up the Order Form as reflected in your membership e-mail.
